Our Responsibility as a Lightworker

As heart centred business owners we are here to bring a particular product or service into the world and there is something simply quite profound that comes with this. The responsibility we have as heart centred business owners and leaders. Our individual vision and purpose we have is not something we decide upon. We don’t order it or choose it. It is given to us, we come with it already downloaded. We are a part of something greater than ourselves.

I invite you to consider the evolution of the planet for a moment. Consider the growth and evolution of the human race and how far we have come. Take a moment to feel into the great work we are doing here. Consider the great leaders and heroes in our history who have done everything they knew they had to, to bring their calling, vision and purpose into the world.  The great leaders who gave their lives, literally in many cases to create a legacy of light and good in the world for current and future generations to build on.

Consider how well we are doing

I know there are great atrocities taking place everyday in the world and from many viewpoints it feels like the task to bring balance and peace to the world is a futile task. I ask you to consider how well we are doing, to consider the incredible progress we are making in this world. I invite you to consider the great leaps we are making. Consider how in the UK for instance, it was only 180 years ago that slavery was abolished. By today’s statistics that is not even two lifetimes ago. 

Each and every one of us has an integral piece to play in the evolution of human kind to creating a better world. Consider the light, the good, the incredible work that people all over the world are doing right now. And I invite you to take a moment to think about your integral piece you were born to play. We all come downloaded with this urge, this drive to do good in the world. We all inherently know that this piece we bring to the puzzle is assigned to us. We all know the pain in our hearts we experience when we hide our light, our truth, when we don’t speak up.

We know that we are a part of something beautiful, something great, a groundbreaking history and we are the leading edge. You me, all of us are right at the coal face, right now contributing to the very change that we have been designed to implement. This is what I really want you to understand. The very nature of you as a lightworker, the innate abilities you have, the direct connection you have to something higher than you, you are such an integral part of this movement.

The vision and the choice

The vision you hold comes with great responsibility. It is you that has been put here to fulfil this very particular role. All of the conditioning your life has brought to you, all the challenges you’ve had to face. The very nature of your personality, your weaknesses your strengths, your very particular aspirations are all intended by nature. Just as the lioness is built, designed and driven to hunt to feed her young. Just as the trees, plants and grasses share food to eat and air to breathe. Everything comes downloaded with an inherent intelligence to grow and thrive. The knowledge that is somehow part of this greater balance at play.

You and I also contain this intelligence, this incredible consciousness that flows through everything within us and around us. As humans however we always have a choice, we always have a choice to try to resist what we are here to do. To try to control consciousness as though it was made just for our own personal gain to take and to ignore our higher calling to contribute. To play small, to keep ourselves “safe” from growth, change and development.

Integral Players

Or we have a choice to take ownership of what we really are. To take ownership of our reality as heart centered visionaries. To take ownership of this responsibility we have to bring the good into the world that we have been personally assigned.  

As heart centred leaders we are not about personal gain, we are not here just to build great wealth and take from the world around us. We are integral players in the evolution of this world. We are here to share, to focus and to manifest this light we know we carry in our hearts. To be the empathic leaders we know we are, the leaders this world so desperately needs right now. To make use of our higher faculties and the genetic ability we have been given, as nature intended. To build the legacies of light and new energetic reference points we are called to create through our businesses, consultancies, healing and creativity for future generations to stand on.

We must take responsibility for the fact that we have the tools, the ways and the means to contribute to raising consciousness and raising the vibration on this planet. Our time is now.
